Behind the Scenes of “Did you hear about the Morgan’s?”

Haven’t you heard? Sarah Jessica Parker got kicked by a cow while filming “Did you hear about the Morgan’s?”. That’s interesting to everyone as apparently this blooper is in the film too.

In an interview SJ Parker said that she was indeed a city slicker just like her character in this movie. She attempted shooting with the rifle, riding a horse and other activities too along with milking the cow without even having a slight liking for these jobs. SJ Parker didn’t enjoy any of these activities, especially milking the cow as the cow kicked her in the middle of the scene. But either out of embarrassment or out of empathy, SJP sympathized with the cow by saying, “I didn’t belong there and the cow knew it”. In spite of the star having problems with every cowboy activity in Wyoming, there was one thing that she did not regret after all: starring with Hugh Grant.

Sarah J Parker went through tough times trying to co-star with Hugh Grant (who according to her is every American girls dream)… She always wanted to act opposite him in a romantic comedy film. And to her luck, “Did you hear about the Morgan’s?”, eventually happened. So basically this movie was like a dream come true for her.

“Did you hear about the Morgan’s?” will release on the 28th of January 2010 in UAE, at a theatre near you.

In the American Heartland- Wyoming

What could a separated Manhattan couple possibly be up to in the American heartland? Safely tucked away in a small town in Wyoming, the Morgan’s are under the watchful eyes of the local sheriff and his beloved wife. Though the Morgan’s are separated and aren’t used to rural living, they are still able to make-up bit by bit. But each solution to their problem is met with, in the form of a funny, entertaining but hard- to- handle experience. Their daily activities include, shopping at the big-box store, milking cows, shooting or escaping shooting, occasional running away from grizzly bears, etc. And their Blackberry free lives help them understand each other all the more. But incase you might have forgotten, the Morgan’s aren’t in Wyoming to sort out their puzzled lives; they are here to save themselves from a murderer who is on their trail. To pass the time and to support your interest in this movie, the Morgan’s also throw in a bunch of amusing one -liners.

Relationships Are Hard To Keep

Relationships are really hard to keep. This fact is not evident in any other rom-com than in the movie ‘Did you hear about the Morgan’s?’ releasing on the 28th of January 2010. It seems that the Morgan’s go through a horribly rough ride right from the start. And all their problems worsen because of the lack of time taken to understand things. Maybe the newly married couples or even the singles in UAE could also learn a thing or two from the funny episodes in this movie.

This couple has a lot on their minds in a big city like New York. They are the type of people who love concentrating on their careers. But in the process they very often argue and as a result, lose hope in their relationship. But Paul Morgan (the husband) realizes his mistakes and is desperately in need of his wife Meryl again. He strives to gain her back for 3 months. One night when the Morgan’s are returning back from a restaurant, they happen to bear witness to a horrible murder. The killer also notices that the Morgan’s were watching them that night. After that day he is on a mission at killing them both. As the Morgan’s report to the police as witnesses of this crime, they are sent to the state of Wyoming and protected by the law out there as well.

There the Morgan’s change their identity and are forced to live under the disguise of a happily married couple. Thus they begin to rekindle their love for each other once again while the killer is hot on their trail.

“We're Not In UAE Anymore”

The Morgan’s are going to take UAE on a pleasant entertainment spree to Wyoming pretty soon through the new movie - ‘Did You Hear About The Morgan’s?’….

The Morgan’s are a separated couple in New York. Meryl Morgan hates her husband Paul for cheating on her. One evening, both of them agree to go on a date. Thereby the couple witnesses a murder. Since the murderer wasn’t found by the FBI, the couple is required to relocate to a small cowboy town called Ray in Wyoming for their protection. Wyoming is where all the comedy begins. Here the Morgan’s land up doing many farm related activities that they have never tried before in their lives. That’s why the scenes are really funny with memorable ‘fish out of water’ moments.

For a movie loving audience like UAE, ‘Did You Hear About The Morgan’s?’ will surely click. Even though this movie has got a lot of positive and negative reviews, nothing will stop UAE from getting attracted to the comedy element in this movie. But the Morgan’s are more than comedians here as they are also romantic. Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant make for a great couple on screen and also play their roles well. As both of them have earned a lot of appreciation individually due to their earlier successes, this movie is only going to add to their image.
